SHIPPING - South Africa
Our books are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa.

We use PostNet2PostNet for local deliveries in South Africa. These are shipped from our local PostNet and sent to the nearest PostNet to your supplied address, or your stated preferred PostNet, at a cost of ZAR 109.00 for orders between 0 - 5 kgs. (Two books weigh just under 5 kgs).

If you have many nearby PostNet stores, it is helpful for us if you specify which PostNet you'd like your book sent to you. You can use PostNet Store locator to help you. We will upload your tracking number when we ship your order to you. You will receive an SMS from PostNet when it arrives. You can also track your order via PostNet Shipment Tracker.

SHIPPING - International
For express deliveries outside of South Africa, we use DHL Express Easy (in association with PostNet). In My Cart, below "Shipping" the default shipping option is displayed. To change it to another country, click on it, and select your preferred country.

Five international shipping regions are offered via DHL Express Easy: Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and the Middle East, Australia and Asia Pacific, USA, Canada and Mexico, and Rest of the World. These have different pricing. If you are based outside of South Africa, it will probably be cheaper to buy the book directly from Amazon.com rather than from us.
Our site will pick up from your stated address during checkout what country you are in. If you based in a different state listed under Shipping (eg Alabama), you can click on the link and the site will allow you to change it to the correct state (eg Pennsylvania). It will not affect the pricing which is based on the region or country. Delivery will be made to the address listed as the delivery address during checkout.
LOCAL or EVENT PICKUP
If you are attending an upcoming event or workshop we are hosting, it is possible to order 'local pickup' at these events. This is free of charge. Do not choose this option if there is not an upcoming event. Please specify which event you wish to pick up at, when ordering. We have a Yoco card machine for event payment.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Unsigned copies can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. In the case of signed books, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will not be minor smudges, changes, or spelling or other errors made in writing a message in your book, but we do endeavour to avoid these as far as possible.
