Artistry in Everydayness
COACHING, TOOLS and PHILOSOPHY for remaking LEADERSHIP and STRATEGY in the flow of everyday life
Sounding the Depths of Leadership
Kosheek Sewchurran is an Executive Coach and full Professor of Strategy and Leadership at the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business (where he directed the Executive MBA programme for nearly ten years).
Kosheek utilises Integral coaching, the Enneagram and ontological coaching following the ArtistryInEverydayness (TM) approach to offer executives and emerging black farmers coaching, tools and philosophy for remaking leadership and strategy in the flow of everyday life.
His first book, Sounding the Depths of Leadership, brings together his industry experience (as an engineer), with nearly 20 years of philosophical study, and over a decade of working in practice with executives to understand how to foster authentic leadership in the ongoing present.
His new book (currently in development) expands these insights, incorporating lessons from his coaching of emerging farmers engaged in regenerative agriculture practices.
Jenny McDonogh is an executive coach and reflexive practitioner-scholar who works impactfully with executives to enable more skillful coping in leading strategy and business model innovation in the flow of practice.
Over the past eight years, she has coached over 400 Executive MBA students as they studied their own organisational challenges, and worked to develop, implement and lead strategy and innovation in their own organisations. Her PhD research is developing a pedagogy for developing strategists capable of finding orientation in complex, uncertain contexts.
